I have static meeting configuration turned on in SFB meeting policy, however if you set to remember previous configuration in client registry, outlook addin will start with dynamic meeting. This blog may help you to assign static meeting via client registry.
Meeting configuration is saved under following registry key, outlook/Lync will read the settings from the registry if available. “HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\16.0\Lync\ConfAddin”
Delete the registry key via group policy (reg delete “HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\16.0\Lync\ConfAddin” /f). This command is for SFB 2016
Even though outlook and SFB client are open/running , registry delete would work.
Restart the outlook/SFB client and it will create the confaddin key from current policy and outlook should start with static meeting. Again, user can change this settings, but this test may be helpful for large roll outs if any.
